Special health examinations will be conducted based on the Industrial Safety and Health Act and the laws and regulations stipulating the handling of various substances.
We are conducting an advance survey on the use of substances, etc., for the special health examinations in the first semester of the AY 2024 using an online form.
We kindly request all applicable persons to each enter the details regarding their use of substances, etc., via the online form within the designated period. (A keio.jp account is required.)
※Special Health Examinations checkup cannot be accepted after the deadline, except in special cases.
Organic solvents, specified chemical substances, lead
Applicable to: faculty and staff members
Persons among faculty and staff members who regularly use these substances (use at least once a week or have consecutively used for three months or more)※For the special health examinations in the first semester, students are not considered for use of organic solvents, specified chemical substances, lead, or tetraalkyl lead.
